PRICES ON THE SPANISH COSTA del SOL at an all time low ....
this is without doubt the best time to buy before the next upsurge. True, the "press" is still negative about prices still having to fall further, but they've got it wrong with the property indemand at the moment .... properties that are near to amenities, transport and the beach is selling!! If anything, these property prices are holding or even slightly increasing in price.....don't be 'too late' to buy wisely!!!
